    Art. 1er.L’article 20 du règlement grand-ducal du 19 mars 1993 établissant des mesures communautaires de lutte contre la maladie de Newcastle est remplacé comme suit : « Art. 20.1.L’autorité compétente établit un plan d’urgence, spécifiant les mesures nationales à mettre en œuvre en cas d’apparition de la maladie de Newcastle. Le plan d’urgence est mis à jour, le cas échéant, pour tenir compte de l’évolution de la situation.Le plan d’urgence permet l’accès aux installations, à l’équipement, au personnel et à tout autre matériel approprié nécessaire pour une éradication rapide et efficace du foyer de maladie de Newcastle. Il donne une indication précise des besoins en vaccins pour une vaccination d’urgence. »
