    Art. 1er.L’article 4, paragraphe 3, du règlement grand-ducal du 24 août 2016 concernant le statut du personnel de la Caisse nationale de santé, de la Caisse de maladie des fonctionnaires et employés publics et de la Caisse de maladie des fonctionnaires et employés communaux prend la teneur suivante : « (3)Le cadre prévu au paragraphe 2 peut être complété par des employés assimilés aux employés de l’État et par des salariés assimilés aux salariés de l’État sans que l’effectif total de la Caisse nationale de santé ne puisse dépasser cinq cents unités. »

    Art. 2.L’article 5, paragraphes 2 et 3, du même règlement, prennent la teneur suivante : « (2)Les agents de la Caisse de maladie des fonctionnaires et employés publics ayant le statut de fonctionnaires assimilés aux fonctionnaires de l’État sont classés dans les deux catégories de traitement B et C.Le nombre total de l’effectif dans la catégorie de traitement B, groupe de traitement B1 ne peut pas dépasser sept unités.Le nombre total de l’effectif dans la catégorie de traitement C, groupe de traitement C1 ne peut pas dépasser neuf unités.(3)Le cadre prévu au paragraphe 2 peut être complété par des employés assimilés aux employés de l’État sans que l’effectif total de la Caisse de maladie des fonctionnaires et employés publics ne puisse dépasser vingt-et-une unités. »
