    Art. 3.À la suite de l’article 22, il est inséré un nouvel article 22bis, qui prend la teneur suivante : « Art. 22bis.Les personnes qui, à l’entrée en vigueur du règlement grand-ducal du 29 mars 2019 modifiant le règlement grand-ducal modifié du 18 mars 1981 réglementant les études et les attributions de la profession d’assistant technique médical, disposent d’une autorisation d’exercer comme assistant technique médical de chirurgie et dont les attributions ne sont pas conformes ou comportent des différences essentielles ou substantielles par rapport aux dispositions du règlement précité du 29 mars 2019, sont tenus d’accomplir une formation complémentaire reconnue par le ministre ayant la Santé dans ses attributions. »
