    Art. 2.Les terrains couverts par le deuxième complément de plan d’aménagement partiel après modification sont définis sur un document cartographique défini à l’échelle 1 : 2.500 et intitulé « Modification du deuxième complément de plan d’aménagement partiel portant création de la zone industrielle à caractère national « Haneboesch » à Differdange/Sanem déclaré obligatoire par le règlement grand-ducal du 8 avril 1988 ».Ce document cartographique constitue la partie graphique du deuxième complément de plan d’aménagement partiel après modification rendue obligatoire par le présent règlement et figure en annexe.

Les plans reproduits ou réduits n’ont qu’un caractère indicatif.

    Art. 4.Au règlement grand-ducal du 8 avril 1988 déclarant obligatoire le plan d’aménagement partiel portant création de la zone industrielle à caractère national « Haneboesch » à Differdange/Sanem, au deuxième complément du plan d’aménagement partiel portant création de zones industrielles à caractère national dans le sud du pays – aménagement du site « Haneboesch » à Differdange, au point 4, sous 6), lettre b), les deuxième et troisième phrases sont remplacées par le texte suivant : « La surface boisée de 5,8 ha marquée « B » sur le plan est classée zone de réserve. L’affectation de cette zone fera l’objet d’une décision ultérieure, en principe cette partie de la zone ne sera utilisée à des fins industrielles qu’en cas de nécessité absolue, c.à d. en cas d’absence d’autres possibilités sur le site Arbed-Differdange.Il s’ensuit que la superficie immédiatement disponible est de : 98,34 ha moins 15,5 ha = 82,84 ha. »
