    Art. 3.Les infrastructures externes publiques se trouvant sur le domaine public fluvial peuvent être maintenues. Toute modification ultérieure de ces infrastructures externes publiques fait l’objet d’une autorisation d’occupation du domaine public fluvial, conformément à l’article 6 de la loi du 23 décembre 2016 concernant la gestion du domaine public fluvial.

    Art. 4.Avant que le ministre ayant les Domaines dans ses attributions ne puisse procéder à une aliénation d’un bien immeuble, bâti ou non, destiné à sortir du domaine public fluvial, tel que prévu à l’article 3, paragraphe 5, de la loi du 23 décembre 2016 concernant la gestion du domaine public fluvial, le ministre ayant les Transports dans ses attributions prend une décision de déclassement de l’immeuble en question.Le ministre ayant les Domaines dans ses attributions notifie au ministre ayant les Transports dans ses attributions l’acquisition d’un bien immeuble, bâti ou non, susceptible d’être incorporé dans le domaine public fluvial, tel que prévu à l’article 3, paragraphe 5, de la loi du 23 décembre 2016 concernant la gestion du domaine public fluvial. Après avoir reçu notification de l’acte d’acquisition, le ministre ayant les Transports dans ses attributions prend une décision au sujet du classement de l’immeuble en question.
