    Art. 1er.Les deux premiers alinéas de l’article 12 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 17 août 2011 précisant le financement des mesures d’aide sociale à l’enfance et à la famille sont modifiés comme suit : « En application de l’article 16 de la loi modifiée du 16 décembre 2008 relative à l’aide à l’enfance et à la famille, les montants des forfaits valables à partir de la mise en vigueur du présent règlement grand-ducal sont fixés à l’annexe 7 : « Tableau des forfaits valables à partir du 1er janvier 2019 », annexe qui fait partie intégrante du présent règlement grand-ducal.Les montants des forfaits fixés à l’annexe 7 correspondent au nombre 100 de l’indice pondéré du coût de la vie au 1er janvier 1948 et sont adaptés périodiquement aux variations du coût de la vie conformément aux dispositions de l’article 3 de la loi modifiée du 25 mars 2015 fixant le régime des traitements et les conditions et modalités d’avancement des fonctionnaires de l’État et sans préjudice quant aux modalités de détermination des forfaits prévus par le présent règlement grand-ducal. »
