    Art. 1er.Le deuxième alinéa de l’article 6, paragraphe (7), du règlement grand-ducal du 12 mai 2017 instituant un ensemble de régimes d’aides pour l’amélioration de la protection et de la gestion durable des écosystèmes forestiers, est remplacé par le texte suivant : « Les montants des aides peuvent être doublés pour des travaux de reboisement exécutés à la suite d’un chablis ou d’une attaque par le bostryche. Les dégâts de chablis ou de bostryche doivent être constatés par l’administration. Le ministre doit arrêter la situation de calamité naturelle. »
