    Art. 1er.La remarque générale reprise au tableau des actes et services à la première partie « Actes techniques », chapitre 6 « Microbiologie », section 8 - « Biologie moléculaire », du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 30 novembre 2017 arrêtant la nomenclature des actes et services des laboratoires d’analyses médicales et de biologie clinique pris en charge par l’assurance maladie est modifiée comme suit : « Pour un même pathogène, la recherche par biologie moléculaire n’est pas cumulable aux recherches par autres méthodes analytiques telles que cultures, anticorps, antigènes ou examens directs, sauf exceptions mentionnées aux codes concernés. La recherche ne peut se faire que sur un seul et unique site de prélèvement par pathogène prescrit, sauf exceptions mentionnées aux codes concernés. »
