Art. 1er.L’article 1er, alinéa 2, du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 3 avril 2014 fixant le programme, la durée et les modalités de contrôle de connaissances de la formation professionnelle spéciale portant sur la recherche et la constatation des infractions ainsi que sur les dispositions pénales de certaines lois en matière environnementale, est complété par un nouveau point 17 libellé comme suit : « la loi du 16 mai 2019 concernant certaines modalités d’application et les sanctions du règlement (UE) 2017/852 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 17 mai 2017 relatif au mercure et abrogeant le règlement (CE) n° 1102/2008. »

    Art. 3.L’article 6, alinéa 1er, du même règlement est modifié comme suit : « Toutefois, pour les agents qui ont réussi le contrôle de connaissances visé à l’article 4 pour au moins une des lois visées à l’article 1er, alinéa 2, et qui doivent être assermentés à une ou plusieurs lois supplémentaires, le programme de formation se limite, le cas échéant, aux dispositions pénales des lois supplémentaires et les agents en question sont dispensés du contrôle de connaissances dont question à l’article 4. »
