    Art. 1er.À l’article 25 du règlement grand-ducal du 31 mai 2015 relatif à certaines responsabilités de l’État du pavillon en ce qui concerne le respect et la mise en application de la Convention du travail maritime, 2006, est ajouté un paragraphe 3 nouveau, libellé comme suit : « (3) Nonobstant l’article 23, lorsqu’il ressort d’une inspection MLC de renouvellement d’un certificat de travail maritime avant son échéance que le navire continue d’être conforme mais qu’un nouveau certificat ne peut pas être délivré et mis à disposition à bord immédiatement, le Commissaire ou un organisme reconnu MLC peut proroger et viser le certificat de travail maritime pour une durée n’excédant pas cinq mois à partir de la date d’échéance du certificat en cours. Le nouveau certificat de travail maritime est valide pour une durée n’excédant pas cinq ans à partir des dates prévues au paragraphe 2. »
