    Art. 1er.(1)Pendant la durée de l’état de crise, il peut être dérogé à l’article 4, paragraphe 1er, alinéas 1 et 3, et à l’article 7, paragraphe 2, de la loi modifiée du 10 décembre 2009 relative à l’hospitalisation sans leur consentement de personnes atteintes de troubles mentaux, en ce qui concerne les services de psychiatrie d’un hôpital et les établissements psychiatriques spécialisés dans lesquels l’admission, l’observation et le placement des patients doivent normalement avoir lieu.Pendant la même durée, et par dérogation aux articles précités, l’hospitalisation des personnes atteintes de troubles mentaux et souffrant de Covid-19 aura lieu dans les services hospitaliers offrant les conditions requises pour une prise en charge adéquate. (2)Aux mêmes fins, et pendant la même période, il peut être dérogé aux dispositions relatives à l’exploitation et à la répartition des unités, services et lits des hôpitaux et centres hospitaliers, telles que prévues par la loi du 8 mars 2018 relative aux établissements hospitaliers et à la planification hospitalière.
