    Art. 2.Par dérogation à l’article 45, paragraphe 3, lettre c), de la loi du 28 mai 2019 relative à la radioprotection, l’autorisation qui vient à échéance après le 1er mars 2020 n’est pas caduque mais sa durée de validité est prorogée pour la durée de l’état de crise, augmenté d’un délai de deux mois pour compléter et instruire le dossier.

    Art. 3.Lorsque la durée de validité visée à l’article 57, paragraphe 4, de la loi du 28 mai 2019 relative à la radioprotection d’une autorisation de transport vient à échéance après le 1er mars 2020, elle est prorogée pour la durée de l’état de crise, augmenté d’un délai de deux mois pour compléter et instruire le dossier.
