    Art. 1er. Les délais qui gouvernent l’introduction, l’instruction et le suivi des dossiers relatifs à la location de logements locatifs subventionnés prévus par le règlement grand-ducal modifié du 16 novembre 1998 fixant les mesures d’exécution relatives aux logements locatifs, aux aides à la pierre ainsi qu’aux immeubles cédés sur la base d’un droit d’emphytéose et d’un droit de superficie, prévus par la loi modifiée du 25 février 1979 concernant l’aide au logement sont prorogés comme suit : les délais venant à échéance pendant la durée de l’état de crise telle que fixée par la loi du 24 mars 2020 portant prorogation de l'état de crise déclaré par le règlement grand-ducal modifié du 18 mars 2020 portant introduction d’une série de mesures dans le cadre de la lutte contre le Covid-19 sont reportés de quatre mois à compter de la date de la fin de l’état de crise ;les délais venant à échéance dans le mois suivant la fin de l’état de crise sont reportés de trois mois à compter de leur date d’échéance.
