    Art. 2.L’article 3 du même règlement est modifié comme suit :Le paragraphe 6 est remplacé par la disposition suivante : « (6)Les activités exercées en cabinet libéral relevant de la loi modifiée du 29 avril 1983 concernant l’exercice des professions de médecin, de médecin-dentiste et de médecin-vétérinaire ainsi que celles relevant de la loi modifiée du 26 mars 1992 sur l’exercice et la revalorisation de certaines professions de santé, respectivement de la loi modifiée du 14 juillet 2015 portant création de la profession de psychothérapeute, sont autorisées à condition que la protection de la santé des patients, du personnel du cabinet médical et du prestataire de soins est assurée à tout moment et dans le respect des impératifs de santé publique imposés par la gestion de la pandémie du Covid-19.Le recours à la téléconsultation est à privilégier lorsque l’état de santé du patient le permet.Eu égard au risque particulier de contamination auquel sont exposées certaines professions de la santé du fait de la réalisation d’actes générant des aérosols, leur activité est subordonnée à l’utilisation d’équipement de protection individuelle adéquat. » À la suite du paragraphe 6 est inséré un nouveau paragraphe 7 libellé comme suit : « (7)Sans préjudice de la prise en charge des activités urgentes non-programmées, les établissements hospitaliers organisent la reprise des activités médicales et chirurgicales de manière cohérente afin de permettre un accès équitable des patients aux soins requis, en tenant compte des critères de priorisation suivants :leur intérêt en termes de santé publique ;leur impact sur les ressources hospitalières humaines, infrastructurelles, en équipements et en médicaments ;leur impact sur les flux de patients et la gestion des risques ;leur impact sur le parcours de soins en aval de l’hôpital aigu. »
