    Art. 1er.Un article 5bis, libellé comme suit, est inséré dans le règlement grand-ducal modifié du 11 mai 2013 déterminant : 1. les critères sportifs à remplir pour être admissible au Sportlycée et 2. les modalités du fonctionnement du comité de coordination : « Art. 5bis.Par dérogation aux articles 1er à 5, les mesures suivantes sont applicables pour l’année scolaire 2019-2020 :pour les candidats qui veulent intégrer le Sportlycée, l’obligation d’évaluation de la motricité visée aux articles 1, 2 et 4 est suspendue. Les candidats sont évalués sur les performances sportives et le potentiel sportif disciplinaire, selon les modalités définies aux articles 3 et 4 ;une note sur 40 points est attribuée aux candidats, chaque critère comptant pour 20 points. Une note globale inférieure à 20 points est éliminatoire. La note globale intervient dans le classement des candidats conformément aux dispositions du point 3 de l’article 6. »
