Art. 1er.Par dérogation à l’article IV, dernière phrase du quatrième alinéa de la loi du 23 juillet 2015 portant modification du Code du travail et du Code de la sécurité sociale concernant le dispositif du reclassement interne et externe, les droits à l’indemnité d’attente venant à expiration entre le 18 mars 2020, date de la constatation de l’état de crise par le Grand-Duc sur base de l’article 32, paragraphe 4 de la Constitution et le dernier jour du mois calendrier au cours duquel prend fin cet état de crise, sont prorogés jusqu’à la fin du mois calendrier qui suit le mois au cours duquel prend fin cet état de crise.
