    Art. 2.Par dérogation à l’article 6, alinéa 2 de la loi du 1er août 2019 concernant les mutuelles, et par dérogation aux statuts de la mutuelle, le cas échéant, l’assemblée générale de la mutuelle doit être convoquée au plus tard le 31 décembre 2020.

    Art. 3.Par dérogation à l’article 7, alinéa 7, de la loi du 1er août 2019 concernant les mutuelles, le rapport sur la gestion administrative et financière, le rapport de contrôle et la composition du conseil d’administration sont à remettre au ministre ayant la Sécurité sociale dans ses attributions au plus tard le 31 décembre 2020.
