Art. 1er.À l’article 15, paragraphe 3, deuxième phrase, du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 1er août 2014 relatif à la production d’électricité basée sur les sources d’énergie renouvelables, les mots « le contrat de rachat d’une période de 15 ans respectivement 20 ans (en cas de renouvellement ou d’extension d’une centrale à biogaz) doit être venu à échéance » sont remplacés par ceux de « une durée de 15 ans du contrat de rachat existant doit être révolue ».
