    Art. 1er.L’article 2, paragraphe 2, du règlement grand-ducal modifiant le règlement grand-ducal modifié du 4 octobre 2018 fixant les conditions de réalisation des tests rapides à orientation diagnostique de l’infection à virus de l’immunodéficience humaine, d’hépatites virales et d’autres infections sexuellement transmissibles, ainsi que de l’infection au virus SARS-CoV-2 est remplacé comme suit : «  (2)Le test rapide réalisé à des fins de détection d’une infection au virus SARS-CoV-2 peut, en sus des personnes visées au paragraphe 1er, être réalisé par : un pompier volontaire ou professionnel, affecté au Corps grand-ducal d’incendie et de secours ; un psychologue ; un psychothérapeute ; un pharmacien. »

    Art. 2.L’article 2, paragraphe 4 du même règlement est modifié comme suit : « (4)Préalablement à la réalisation d’un test rapide, les personnes visées aux paragraphes 1er et 2 doivent avoir suivi une formation sur l’utilisation et l’administration des tests rapides. Cette formation est validée par le ministre ayant la Santé dans ses attributions. »
