Art. 1er.L’article 13 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 2 octobre 2009 relatif aux matières enseignées dans le cadre de la qualification initiale et de la formation continue des conducteurs de certains véhicules routiers affectés aux transports de marchandises ou de voyageurs ainsi qu’aux critères d’agrément pour dispenser cet enseignement est remplacé par le texte suivant : « Art. 13.Nombre de candidats admis.Le nombre maximum de candidats admis dans un groupe ne doit pas dépasser 25 personnes pour les cours de qualification initiale et de formation continue.Dans des cas dument motivés et sur demande écrite du centre de formation, le ministre peut temporairement autoriser d’augmenter le nombre de candidats admis par groupe. »
