    Art. 5.L’article 7 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 21 décembre 1998 arrêtant la nomenclature des actes et services des médecins pris en charge par l’assurance maladie est modifié comme suit :L’alinéa 13, premier tiret est modifié comme suit : « par les médecins spécialistes en gériatrie, médecine interne, oncologie, néphrologie, immunologie, maladies contagieuses, cardiologie, gastro-entérologie, pneumologie, endocrinologie, hématologie, neurologie, psychiatrie, neuropsychiatrie, rhumatologie, pédiatrie et radiothérapie ;  » L’alinéa 17 est modifié comme suit : « Les forfaits prévus à la section 10 du chapitre 4 de la 1ère partie ne peuvent être mis en compte que par les médecins spécialistes en gériatrie, médecine interne, oncologie, hématologie, immunologie, maladies contagieuses, néphrologie, endocrinologie, cardiologie, pneumologie, gastro-entérologie, neurologie, neuropsychiatrie, pédiatrie, rhumatologie, rééducation et réadaptation fonctionnelles et en dermatologie. Par dérogation à la disposition qui précède le forfait F92 est réservé aux médecins spécialistes en pédiatrie attachés à un service de pédiatrie. Les forfaits F90 et F92 ne peuvent être mis en compte par un médecin que pour un malade transféré avec ordonnance de transfert ou pour un malade que ce médecin n’a pas examiné depuis au moins 6 mois. »
