    Art. 1er.L’article 2 du règlement grand-ducal du 18 décembre 1998 concernant les intérêts moratoires en matière de sécurité sociale est complété par un nouvel alinéa qui prend la teneur suivante : « Le taux d’intérêts moratoires réduit est fixé à 0,0 pour cent par mois entier de calendrier, les fractions de mois étant négligées. Le taux d’intérêt réduit est appliqué lorsque le Centre commun de la sécurité sociale accorde des délais de paiement. Le défaut de paiement à l’échéance des délais accordés entraîne l’application du taux d’intérêts moratoires prévu à l’alinéa précédent. »
