Art. 1er.L’article 2, paragraphe 2, du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 13 février 2018 portant exécution de l’article 4, paragraphe 2 de la loi du 23 décembre 2016 relative à la déclaration pays par pays est modifié comme suit :«  (2)Pour les déclarations pays par pays communiquées pour l’Exercice fiscal commençant le 1er janvier 2018 ou après cette date, les juridictions suivantes sont considérées comme des Juridictions soumises à déclaration au sens de l’Annexe, Section I, point 1 de la loi du 23 décembre 2016 relative à la déclaration pays par pays :Les juridictions énumérées au paragraphe 1AndorreMonacoSeychellesPanama. ».
