    Art. 1er.Pendant la phase d’exécution des travaux, la circulation sur la voie publique citée ci-dessous est réglée par des signaux colorés lumineux :la N5 (PK 15,150 – 15,440) à hauteur de l'intersection avec la rue Bommel à Bascharage.En cas de non-fonctionnement des signaux colorés lumineux, les conducteurs qui circulent sur la chaussée de la voie publique citée ci-dessous en premier lieu doivent céder le passage aux conducteurs qui circulent dans les deux sens sur la chaussée de la voie publique citée en deuxième lieu dont ils s'approchent :la rue Bommel à hauteur de l'intersection avec la N5 « avenue de Luxembourg » à Bascharage.Ces dispositions sont indiquées par les signaux B,1 et B,3.
