    Art. 2.À l’annexe I du même règlement, sont apportées les modifications suivantes :Le point C.1. est complété par l’alinéa 2 suivant :« Sur les terres arables mises en jachère, l’agriculteur crée un couvert végétal au plus tard le 31 mai de la première année de mise en jachère. »Au point F.4. b), la deuxième phrase est supprimée.
