    Art. 1er.À l’article 25, paragraphe 8, point 4, du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 30 juillet 2015 portant application, au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, des règles relatives aux paiements directs en faveur des agriculteurs au titre des régimes de soutien relevant de la politique agricole, l’alinéa 1er est remplacé par la disposition suivante :« 4.La culture dérobée doit être installée au plus tard le 1er octobre et doit rester en place au moins jusqu’au 1er janvier inclus de l’année suivante. Toutefois, dans des situations exceptionnelles qui, notamment pour des raisons climatiques, ne permettent pas l’installation d’une culture dérobée dans ce délai, l’installation doit avoir lieu jusqu’au 31 octobre de l’année de la demande. Dans ce cas, l’agriculteur fournit une motivation dument justifiée du non-respect du délai du 1er octobre de l’année de la demande. La communication est faite dans les meilleurs délais à partir du moment où l’agriculteur constate qu’il n’est pas en mesure de respecter la date du 1er octobre. »
