États, le pays tiers suivant : Ukraine »L’article 2ter est remplacé par le texte suivant :« En application de l’article 2 de loi précitée du 20 juin 2020, sont autorisés à entrer sur le territoire du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg les ressortissants de pays tiers titulaires d’un certificat prouvant un schéma vaccinal complet et considéré comme équivalent conformément à l’article 3bis, paragraphes 1 à 2, ou d’un certificat de rétablissement établi conformément à l’article 3ter de la loi modifiée du 17 juillet 2020 portant introduction d’une série de mesures de lutte contre la pandémie Covid-19. »
