Le Comité est présidé par le directeur de l’aviation civile. En cas d’empêchement du président, le Comité est présidé par son suppléant.(2)Le secrétariat du Comité est assuré par la Direction de l’aviation civile.(3)La décision de s’adjoindre des experts et des représentants d’entités de l’aviation civile est prise souverainement par le président, sur proposition des membres.
