Art. 1er.L’article 11, alinéa 1er, du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 23 janvier 2003 portant exécution de la loi du 19 décembre 2002 concernant le Registre de commerce et des sociétés ainsi que la comptabilité et les comptes annuels des entreprises, est modifié comme suit :à la fin du dernier tiret, après les termes « la section M reçoit les dossiers des mutuelles », le point est remplacé par un point-virgule ;un tiret nouveau est ajouté ayant la teneur suivante : « la section O reçoit les dossiers des fonds de titrisation. »
