    Art. 3.Le contrôle des connaissances se fait à l’issue de la formation prévue à l’article 2 et est organisé par l’INAP.Le contrôle des connaissances de fin de formation est organisé dans les trois mois qui suivent Ia fin de la période de l'organisation des cours.     Art. 4.En cas d'échec, le candidat peut se représenter au prochain contrôle de connaissances organisé par l'lNAP.Le candidat est libre de participer de nouveau à la formation prévue à l’article 2.Si Ia note attribuée au candidat s'élève au moins à 30 sur 60 points, le candidat est considéré avoir réussi Ia formation et est admis à l'assermentation en qualité d'officier de police judiciaire.
