    Art. 2.(1)Le président du Comité pour la promotion des exportations luxembourgeoises, ci-après « COPEL », bénéficie d'une indemnité mensuelle de quatre-vingt points indiciaires, sous réserve d’un taux moyen annuel de participation aux réunions du COPEL dépassant 50 pour cent.(2)Les autres membres du COPEL bénéficient chacun d'une indemnité mensuelle de trente points indiciaires sous réserve d’un taux moyen annuel de participation aux réunions du COPEL dépassant 50 pour cent.

    Art. 4.La valeur du point indiciaire applicable aux indemnités est celle applicable conformément à l’article 2, paragraphe 4, point 2°, de la loi modifiée du 25 mars 2015 fixant le régime des traitements et les conditions et modalités d’avancement des fonctionnaires de l’État.
