    Art. 2.L’article 3, paragraphe 2 du même règlement est modifié comme suit : « (2)Sauf en ce qui concerne le test rapide visé à l’article 2, paragraphe 2, le test rapide est réalisé de manière anonyme. Tout résultat positif d’un test rapide visé à l’article 2, paragraphe 2, doit être déclaré suivant les modalités prévues à l’article 4, paragraphe 2. »

    Art. 3.L’article 4 du même règlement est modifié comme suit :L’article 4 est subdivisé en deux paragraphes. L’alinéa unique devient le nouveau paragraphe 1er.À la fin du paragraphe 1er est insérée une deuxième phrase qui prend la teneur suivante :« La présente disposition ne s’applique pas au test rapide visé à l’article 2, paragraphe 2. ».Le paragraphe 2 prend la teneur suivante : « (2)Toute personne visée à l’article 2, paragraphes 1er et 2, qui constate un résultat positif d’un test rapide de l’infection au SARS-CoV-2, est tenue d’en faire la déclaration le jour même au directeur de la Santé ou à son délégué. Cette déclaration comprend au moins les données individuelles suivantes :nom, prénom du patient et son adresse, date de naissance et sexe du patient,date du test,date des premiers symptômes, si connue,source d’infection si connue.  »
